Windows 10: Whenever I try to open powershelll it flashes and closes

When I try to open powershell It gives me a brief flash of it's window before immediately closing, it doesn't give me any error dialog. When I try to open it through CMD by using "Powershell /" it gives me error "The shell cannot be started. A failure occurred during initialization: The type initializer for 'System.Net.ServicePointManager' threw an exception."When I start up my pc, an app that starts up on booting gives me the error dialog: "Error parsing C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\config\machine.config Parser returned error 0xC00CE556"And the same dialog appeared when i w

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: Ensure that Flash Player is enabled.

  Click the Tools menu, in the upper-right corner of Internet Explorer.
  
• 
  From the Tools menu, choose Manage add-ons.
  
• 
  Select Shockwave Flash Object from the list.
  
• 
  Click Enable, and then click Close.
  

Step 2: Disable ActiveX Filtering

1. Open the page that has rich media content in Internet Explorer.

2. Click the Tools menu and choose Safety > ActiveX Filtering.

3. Close the browser and open it. Then, try to view the content.



And also try to install the latest Flash player and check if it helps.

Windows 10 Store Flashes Open and Closes

I just upgraded to Windows 10. When I try to open the app store, the window just flashes open and closes with no errors. I cannot open the standard apps like maps, camera, calendar, calculator, photos, etc. but I can open apps like Netflix. I just get
a generic error saying contact admin about repairing or reinstalling the app. Any suggestions?

WINDOWS STORE NOT OPENING IN WINDOWS 10 PRO

same problem here

When I try to open the app store, the window just flashes open and closes with no errors.

already tried all fixes given on the community and other forums :

1. delete files in packages>local>local cache

2. powershell commands

3. command prompt ....

4. etc

nothing works.

also I see an exclamatory mark on the windows store tile and the tile is decolored/ darkened.

want to download more apps but the store does not open.

please help!
