Windows 10: Whenever I try to print something on any program it crashes

    Whenever I try to print something on any program it crashes


    I'm running a Dell XPS 15 and recently had a problem with printing. Whenever I try to print something from any program, the program stops responding and crashes. I have tried restarting the computer and doing routine updates with Dell's built-in updater but I still can't seem to print. I tried looking on the forums but found no post similar to mine. As far as I know, I have the up-to-date version of Windows 11. Please respond if you have any ideas.

    Word and Excel 2013 now crash when I try to print or edit-Outlook OK

    Trying to print or edit in Office 2013 Word and Excel now causes the program to crash. Outlook works fine.

    the following have not fixed the problem.
    1. Repair install of Office 2013
    2. Uninstall (with Revo Pro) and then full re-install
    3. Uninstall and then reinstall of the HP Laserjet printer drive.

    What is my next step, short of nuking the entire Win installation and starting over (ugh!)???

    Whenever I try to print something on any program it crashes

    How to uninstall corrupt program (print master)

    I have done this many times, when I click uninstall it runs the graff, then asks
    do you want to completely uninstall this program. I click yes, I get a box

    with a small % sign that does nothing.

    In the list of programs, print master is the only program with a small red box

    under it.

    Do you have a answer?
