Windows 10: Whenever i try to run mbr2gpt it says disk layout validation failed

Hi, I'm trying to get my drive from mbr to gpt so I can boot with UEFI, I didn't want to lose my data so I decided to use mbr2gpt, When i did and used the command "mbr2gpt /validate /disk:1 /allowFullOS" it gave me the error saying "Disk layout validation failed for disk 1", I have tried multiple things but I do not know what the problem is, if anyone can help thank you. Windows Version: 10.0.19043 I included my Disk Management Window.

I entered Y and restarted and it still says the same thing

I've tried shrinking the storage by a few GB in case it was the issue, but no luck. I'm kinda out of ideas. Maybe the recovery partition counts as a primary partition and thus I go over the 3 primary maximum? It shouldn't, but that's the only idea I have left.
