Windows 10: Whenever I try to shorten the length of a video clip in photos by changing when the video...

This consistently happens with both .mkv and .mp4 formatsSo basically, if I open a video in .mkv it opens up Movies & TV and in .mp4 it opens up Photos, and then try to trim the video's lengthif the file is in Movies & TV it opens up the Photos app to trim videos in by shortening the video's ending, and only the ending, moving the beginning of the clip works as expected the Photos app will crash every single time. This bug is very annoying, and I have not found any workarounds to it using microsoft software. Can anyone help?

List \ Index video clips

Thanks for the answer.
First I opened the address in your answer, updated Chrome, then checked those video clips separatly in a player - all are ok.
Then I tried to call the videos from the index list opened in Chrome, some still refused to play.
Opened the index list in Edge - all of them played. Then opened the index list with the original internet explorer - got an error message for each video - file is corrupt.
Cunclusion - I will open the index lists in Edge, but to make the indexes best is with Chrome.

photos video editor sync to beat issue

While adding background music to my video project on photos video editor, I selected the sync to music option. That shortened the total length to from 8 min to 2 min. Is there a way to undo that and revert back to the original length? I tried to remove background music, but no success. Advice please?

 

maximum video length of n95 8gb

Does anybody know about maximum video length of n95 8gb ? Mine is only 1 hour per clip, not unlimited.
