Windows 10: whenever i try to start my pc it starts loading normally but then it just stops.

If i start it in safe mode it works just fine.i tried to to do a clean boot but it still stops loading when starting just shows a big DELL and the loading circle under it stopsit doesnt show an error code or anything [moved from de-de]

I may only know reasons could be with CCleaner, for one it might be set to run at startup



2 make sure to check skip UAC control warning



And if have monitoring enabled at startup




Not familiar with the other programs, either stop them from loading at startup unless this is what you want.

 

SELECTIVE START UP TO NORMAL START UP

THANK YOU FORYOUR EFFORTS. I DONT KNOW FROM WHERE THIS PROBLEM STARTED. I AM NOTICING IT SINCE LAST 3-4 DAYS. I UPGRADED MY LAPTOP FROM WIN7 TO WIN10 ON 15TH NOV.2015. WHEN I AM SELECTING THE THE NORMAL START UP AFTER UNCHECKING SELECTIVE START UP AND ITS
COMPONENTS,AFTER RESTART THE SETTINGS REVERTING TO SELECTIVE START UP.THERE IS NO ERROR MESSAGE. I DID ACCORDING TO YOUR SUGESTION.BUT NO CHANGE. ARE YOU TELLING ME TO DO THE SETTINGS(FROM 1-3) IN SAFE MODE? THEN TELL ME WHAT START UP SETTING(1-9) I WILL
