    Whenever I use direct x diagnostic tool I get these errors


    I get multiple popups, being "Dxdiag has detected there might have been a problem accessing the system information the last time this program was used" "... accessing media foundation" "... accessing direct3d" "... accessing directinput" "... accessing direct show" I put the ... in place of the whole sentence as it was the same every time

    • Where have checked for the version of Direct x?


    I suggest you to follow the below steps and check:


    • Press Windows + R keys together.

    • Type dxdiag in the run prompt and hit enter.

    • Now check for the version of Direct x.

    put "Direct X diagnostic tool" on start menu

    Hi Perry

    I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

    Right click your Desktop, choose New - Shortcut

    Put this in the location box: dxdiag.exe

    Click Next, provide an appropriate name and click Finish

    Right click that new shortcut and choose 'Pin to Start'

    You can then delete that new shortcut form your Desktop, you will have a new tile on your Start Menu for the Direct X diagnostic tool
