Windows 10: Whenever i use mic audio quality is terrible and cant hear anything

Whenever i use my mic the audio from my output sounds terrible only picking up loud sounds but at terrible quality. However when i stop using my microphone the audio from my output is completely fine. Its when i start using my microphone the audio from my output goes to **** .I also noticed that if i blow into my mic i can hear that in my output. When my mic is on i can only hear things that are loud playing. i turned off the setting where my input from my mic plays to my outputThis happens when i use any microphone so i dont think its a peripheral issue. i searched the internet to find a s

Bluetooth Sound Quality is Terrible

lenovo support forums I've fixed my problem!

• Right click the speaker icon in the system tray by the clock
  
• • Click 'Playback devices'
• Change the default to the 'headphones'

the lenovo support link has screen shots, fyi.

2 modes: Regular listening device and a "handsfree" mode where you can use both the audio and microphone. If you somehow got switched to
handsfree mode, then the audio quality will be much worse since some of the
bluetooth bandwidth will be taken up for the microphone."

 

Audio quality drops when using microphone

It used to have no issue with this until i was using my bluetooth earphones temporarily, then all wired earphones/headphone have the problem.

I've applied the steps from 1 and 2, and after restarting the laptop, the problem is still there when i call which drops my audio quality. i cant hear any sound efffects but only for voices. This only happens when my mic is in use, if its not using my mic the audio is fine but it only drops when i start to use the mic for example joining calls

It did not work and for the 3rd step i cant find the enhancement in the properties tab.

 

Bluetooth headphone mic and stereo audio not working simultaneously on laptop

I have a Sennheiser HD4.40BT bluetooth headphone.

When I connect this to my android phone, I can listen stereo quality music and while call, I can hear other person clearly and use the mic also.

Problem appear when I connected headphone with my laptop through laptop's inbuilt bluetooth.

The problem is headphone is connecting in one of 2 ways: Headphone mode and Headset mode(with mic).

- When I select headphone mode, sound is great but I cannot use my mic.

- When I select headset mode(or handsfree mode), I continuously hear static and very poor audio quality but can use mic with this mode.

I already read to disable headset mode to get stereo quality but "this is not my purpose".

What I want is to use headphone with stereo audio and mic simultaneously.
