Windows 10: Whenever i visit youtube, reddit or something else i am getting this alert message 'are you...

ScreenshotHi, please take a look at this screenshot I took. Whenever I try to open YouTube in any browser, this popup message automatically appears on the screen. Like titled "administrative message" and has the message like "Hey 81 are you taking a break? Try setting a timer so you limityour 'some youtube url' use to 10 minutes." It reappears every ten minutes; even my network admin doesn't know how to fix this issue. Can you please provide a detailed solution to resolve this problem?

Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

  When you say ‘’cannot find how to set text message alert sounds’’ are you referring to setup a particular sound/alert for the message or there is no sound alert at all when you received the message?
