Windows 10: Whenever I've been playing a game sometime after playing out of nowhere my whole laptop...

once I reset my pc once it was fine for a couple of months but that is not a permanent solution ofcourse. when I restart my laptop or shutdown and wait for like half an hour it's still really slow. the temperatures don't feel any worse then normal. I specs are: an i7-1165G7 16GB 3200MHz ram 1TB samsung 870 EVO, 500gb 980 samsung ssd and a geforce mx450 as graphics card. the GPU should be up to date.

No Sound while playing games.

• Are you experiencing the issue when playing games only?
• Is the issue the same when playing a different game? What game are you trying to play?

Laptop goes to sleep when the LID is closed while playing the game.

To assist you better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

• Have you connected the external monitor to the Laptop?
• Did you make any recent changes prior to the issue?
• Are you facing this issue specifically when playing the specific Game?
• Are you facing this issue after any recent updates installed?

This issue might have caused due to the power settings for the closing of LID is set to sleep mode.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + X keys and select the Control Panel.
• Select Power options by searching in search box.
• Right side select Change Plan setting next to the power plans.
• Select the Change advanced Power plan settings.
• Under the list select and expand Power buttons and lid.
• Select Turn off the display under the drop down of setting.
• Click Apply. Ok.
• Close the LID and Check if the issue resolves.

BSOD When playing games

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
