Windows 10: whenever Microsoft does updates it disrupts or crash my computer

whenever microsoft does updates it disrupts or crash my computer that i paid a lot of money for then I can't reach a human on phone for help.. To me that is unethical. I have lived too long to see the greed in America. We are really a communistic society to keep wealth from the little people but you use us like leeches SO FRUSTRATED. THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE CHOICES OUTSIDE OF MICROSOFT.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

If another version works, it would be one set of steps.

There could be changes made or updates performed on your computer that causing your Microsoft Edge to crash. To help us isolate this problem, we suggest that you reset the Windows Store cache. Follow these steps:

• In the Cortana search bar, type in WSReset.exe.
• Click on Run as administrator.
• Once the Windows Store has been reset, you'll get a conformation message saying that:
  The cache for the Store was cleared. You can now browse the Store for apps.

Try opening Microsoft Edge and see if it loads.
