Windows 10: Whenever my friend tries to download the minecraft launcher it doesn’t work, like at ALL

My friend lives in Brazil so I don’t know if there’s anything going on with microsoft there but whenever they try to open the microsoft app or download the launcher through the website it either; A. slow to loadB. doesnt workC. doesnt even load at allOr D. takes them to the “Oops! We couldn’t validate your access, please login again.” Without them even have logged in.We’ve been trying for DAYS now and nothing google says is working but we don’t wanna call cause well, pretty sure microsoft makes you pay for help

Please try these steps:

Reset the Microsoft Store Cache

1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
   
2. Type wsreset and hit Enter to reset the Microsoft Store cache.
   

Reset the Minecraft App

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
   
2. Find the Minecraft Launcher app, click the three dots and select Advanced Options.
   
3. Click the Reset button to reset the Minecraft app.
   

Reinstall Minecraft from Microsoft Store

1. Uninstall any existing Minecraft installations from your PC.
   
2. Open the Microsoft Store and search for "Minecraft Launcher".
   
3. Install the latest version of the Minecraft Launcher from the store.
   

If none of these solutions work, you may need to check for any Windows updates and run the Microsoft Store Apps troubleshooter.

There are many reasons why you can't log in to Minecraft Launcher, but all of them are due to Microsoft Store and related services. I will provide several methods to try to solve this problem, please refer to the following steps for operation:

• Clear the cache on Microsoft Store.
  

1. Press the Windows logo key + R, type wsreset.exe, and select OK.
   
2. After a few seconds a blank command prompt window will appear, which will disappear after about ten seconds and the Microsoft Store will open automatically.This means the cache was cleared successfully.
   

• Make sure you're using the Microsoft Store Install Service.
  

1. Services.msc can be found by pressing Windows Key + S and typing services.msc.
   
2. Locate and double-click the Microsoft Store Install Service; if the status is Running, right-click it and select Restart.
   
3. Change it to Automatic if it's disabled, then click Start and OK.
   

• Reinstall the Microsoft Store app
  

1. Press Windows key + X
   
   Click and Run Windows PowerShell(run as Administrator)Copy and paste the command below then hit Enter:
   
   

• Reinstall the Minecraft Launcher
  

1. Click Start >Settings >Apps，find "Minecraft Launcher" in all apps.
   
2. Click on the "Minecraft Launcher" Advanced options >Uninstall the application.
   
3. Open the Microsoft Store, search for "Minecraft Launcher", download and install it again, and log in to your account to see if it works.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
