Windows 10: Whenever Print Screen is pressed on a full screened window, it closes

I want to take screenshots with the "Print Screen" or the "Shift+Windows+S", the window closes and does nothing, such as Minecraft or Steam games, specifically in Full Screen which I prefer to use, I don't know how to fix this

Print window popping up off screen

Look at the print window on the bottom half of the attached image, it's out of the screen. I have to drag it up to click the print button.

 

Black screen after 'Starting Windows' sequence

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

Print Screen, black screen appears

Went to Google Chrome and clicked on "(upper part of screen) New Incognito Window.. set this... and then went back and turned it off. Did not solve problem (for Private browsing). I am back using Chrome Browser. Went to Chrome Settings > Advanced>System> Use hardware acceleration when available… then “turned off”… rebooted. No change in my black screen problem. Now put back on, the acceleration feature. Aside- With an internet screen open, pressing Print Screen to the clipboard it copies a black screen and into MSWord. Then with MSWord page still open, I press Print Screen coping the opened MSWord page and then press “PASTE”, it then pastes the second Print Screen pressed into the MSWord document (shows the black screen (previously Print Screen pressed) and below the MSWord page with the toolbar on top . Sy
