Windows 10: Whenever switching a tab or window, the screen becomes like a scratch ticket?

The past couple of days, I've noticed that randomly whenever I switch into another tab, application, or make any sort of display change, my screen will glitch in a way where the change does not appear. When I move the cursor, then tab will "reveal" itself, similar to that of a scratch ticket. The screen display will fix itself after a few seconds. This issue does not seem to apply to tabbing into and out of full screen applications so far. I've tried to restart my computer, but it did not resolve it.My computer had an update recently, which seemed to have reset many of my settings and changes

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.

Windows Spotlight on the lock screen

Hi,

There are multiple causes on why you're encountering this issue. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you disable and re-enable Spotlight. Simply follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the desktop and open Personalize.
• Open Lock Screen tab.
• Under Background, switch from Windows Spotlight to a Picture or the Slideshow.
• Click OK and close the Window.
• Now Log off and log in.
• Navigate to Lock screen and enable Windows Spotlight again.
