  1. Where are custom resolutions stored?

Trying to use a CRT monitor and create custom resolutions using AMD GPU software. When I create a resolution, it shows up in video game settings allowing me to use them, but they do not show up in my display settings or the "list all modes" button. I want to know if this is just how it is or if there is a way of making custom resolutions show up like normal resolutions. Thanks

    :)
