Windows 10: Where are my document, photo and desktop?

Hello, after I started using one drive for this class I am taking, all of my documents, photos and desktop have disappeared from my PC. I never ASKED for any of this so what is going on? I ONLY want to store things relevant to school on that onedrive. I find this highly invasive and if I cannot recoup my personal data I will have some serious troubles.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to give permission for entire system, so that you can save the files in photos and documents.

• Right click on the folder and click on properties.
• Click on security tab and select the group\user name.
• Click on edit option and check the option full control.
• Click on apply and then on ok button.

Now you can try saving the file in photos and documents and check if the issue persists.

• How are you trying to access photos and documents?
• Where are these photos and documents saved?
• Have you logged-in as an administrator with Microsoft account?

As a workaround, I suggest you to follow the below steps to give permission for folders, so that you can access the files in photos and documents and check.
