Windows 10: Where are the installation files of a program I bought from the App Store

HiI've just paid and installed a program from the Microsoft App Store web site for the first time. When it was installed there was a 'Open' button, the program opened. All looks ok and opens from the pinned icon on the start menu.But when I go into my machine I can't find the installation files anywhere in Documents, Program Files, Program Filesx86. Where is this program installed??It's not even in Programs & Features.However I just found it in Settings - Installed Apps - but that doesn't explain where it has been loaded and why it isn't found in Programs & Features.I have the free v

  Press Windows + E.
  
• 
  Click on This PC at the top left corner.
  
• 
  Click on C: Drive.
  
• 
  Click on Program files.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Apps.

Can't install apps from the Windows Store

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

I understand your inconvenience. We will assist you to resolve this issue.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Navigate to the location,

C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore\DataStore.edb

• Delete everything in this folder.

Note: This shall delete all the Windows Store files and update. You may have to reinstall the updates.
