Windows 10: Where can i buy a 2,4 Ghz transceiver,v2,0, for keyboard 6000

Hi my transceiver 2,4 GHz is lost and i need a new one for my Wireless keyboard 6000 v3.0, and mouse, please send me a replacement transceiver, i cant use my computer anymore.I have important work to do all week so waiting for prompt reply.Regards* Changed to a question

Microsoft 2.4 Ghz Transceiver v7.0

When I plug in my Microsoft 2.4 Ghz Transceiver v7.0 for my 2000 wireless keyboard and mouse, it's not recognized anymore by any computers, i've used it for more than a year and it worked fine, but now it's like if none of my computers are recognizing the usb transceiver so i can,t use either my keyboard or my mouse?

Connect wireless keyboard to Windows 10

• No prompt or error message because I have not tried to do the connect. New computer is running Windows 10 and Microsoft shows no drivers higher than Windows 8 for this model keyboard/mouse (model 6000 v3.0).
  
• Keyboard (and mouse) connect through a 2.4 GHz transceiver that inserts into a USB port.
• Old operating used is Windows 7 Pro

 

Broken Microsoft 2.4 ghz wireless transceiver adapter for Microsoft Wireless 2000

Hello there,

I mistakenly stepped on my 2.4ghz transceiver for my wireless mouse and keyboard. Now it's not working anymore. Is there a way to buy a replacement. Please point me in the right direction.
