Windows 10: Where can I download DHTML Editing Control for Applications Redistributable Package x86?

I am trying to work in MicroStation and getting an error message -> Unable to load/create dialog item of type 'HTML'. id=41510001 from dialog "Text Editor - Word Processor"Based on this forum MicroStation - Text Editor - Word Processor error - Unable to Load / Create Dialog Item of type "HTML" - Communities service-now.com, it looks like I am missing the DHTML software. Where can I download this?

Microsoft Visual C ++2015 Redistributable Package (x86)

Hi Michele,

Open Control Panel - Programs and Features

See if any other version of Visual C ++2015 Redistributable Package (x86) is already installed - if it is - uninstall it

NOTE: do not remove versions with other years like 2015, 2010 , , ,etc. they are required by other software on your system

Then download this version of that redistributable

Restart your PC and then install this version

Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86) not installing

This error may occur when the Microsoft Visual C++ is not compatible with 10.

I suggest you to uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package to check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Uninstall the exiting Microsoft Visual C++.

a) Press Windows key + x key and select Programs and Features.

b) Right click on the Microsoft Visual C++ and uninstall it.

Step 2: Download the latest Microsoft Visual C++ and install it.

I can't install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)

• Remove any existing Internet security programs (antivirus/antispyware software).
• Uninstall other antivirus/antispyware software on the machine prior to installing
  Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86).
• Antivirus/antispyware software may not uninstall completely and it would require running the appropriate cleanup tool to do a clean uninstall. These tools are typically found within the product sites. After completing a clean uninstall using the
  clean up tools, reboot the PC machine, and then install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86).
• Make sure that the Windows Installer service is running
