Windows 10: Where can I download STANDALONE English language pack for Win8.1?

Hello guys, I need English language pack for Win8.1 as mentioned and I've tried to download it from Control Panel as Microsoft site recommended, but IT DIDN'T WORK. It didn't do anything after I clicked download button. I tried to run lpsetup.exe in system folder directly and it also failed. So it's clear I only can get it from download center but sadly the page doesn't provide the link, it seems that I only can get the pack I need from Control Panel. That's not good:/ Could anyone give me the direct link I need? Thank you very much.

English Language pack for Chinese Laptop Windows 10

Step 1:

  Press Windows + I keys on the keyboard to open Settings menu.

  Click on Time and language in settings window.

  Click on Region and language from left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Add a language (+ symbol)
  
• 
  Select English language pack.
  
• 
  Now, click on English language pack and click on
  Set a default button under the Region and language from left navigation pane.
  

Step 2:

  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Type Language in the search bar located at the top right corner of Control panel and click on language.
  
• 
  Click on the English language pack on the Language window.
  
• 
  Click on Download and install language pack button under
  English language pack.
  
• 
  Enter the administrator password if prompted.
  
• 
  Click on Save button.

Trying to change display language but "No language pack available"

  Press Windows logo key + X key.

  Click on Control Panel.

  Double click on Language.

  From where are you trying to download the language pack?

  What happens when you try to download the language pack?

  Do you receive any error code/message? If yes, what is the exact error code\message you get?
  

We recommend that you install language packs from the Control Panel. If the language pack is unavailable in the Control panel, you may find the download link on the Windows website.

Language packs are available for Windows 8 and for Windows RT



Also, try the steps below to check the language is set as default.

1. Type language in the search bar and open it. If this doesn't open language, you can press

Windows key + R > type control and press
enter>click on language

2. All the available language packs will be listed.

3. If English (Australia), is among the list, highlight it and click on "move up" until the language comes to the top. Moving the language at the top is another step to set the language as default.
