Windows 10: Where can I find a link for the latest Store update online?

So, recently, I bought a new Windows 10 laptop. At first, everything was going great until I had clicked on the Store app. When the app had fully loaded, I noticed that on the screen, an error message 0x80131500 had appeared. I checked on YouTube on tutorials but to this day, none of these tutorials have succeeded. I know why it doesn't work, but I can't update my laptop to see if it works. The reason I can't update Windows 10 is because my laptop barely has any memory. Anytime I try update, I get met with the same message, Your device has the latest update. Last checked, today. • Press Windows key + R to open the Run window.
• Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run built-in Windows Store app troubleshooter.

  Click on Start search and type troubleshooting and choose 'Troubleshooting'

  Click on 'View All'.

  Run the Windows Store apps troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to check for the latest updates

• Press Windows logo key +R, enter MS-settings: and then press
  OK. This opens Settings.
• In Settings, go to Update & security > Windows Update, and then select
  Check for updates. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required.

I would suggest that you try and re-register store and check if the issue still persist. To re-register follow the steps mentioned below:

Steps;

• On the search bar, type Powershell, right click on it and Run as Administrator.
• The type the command-

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.XML

• Restart computer and open store.
