Windows 10: Where can i find RAM size history. Somebody changed my RAM and i need to see the history ?

Where can I find RAM size history? Someone changed my RAM, and I need to see the history. Please help. Someone asked a similar question earlier, but the resolution was not properly provided.I had given my laptop to the service guy, but I have doubts about him now because I purchased an 8GB RM Laptop.

Move 'File History Folder' and 'RAM Disk'

Recently I had to upgrade my Desktop components to one of the most recent and affordable ones with 32 GB RAM, and the OS on a 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD.

File history before this event, was on a partition across another physical hard disk where I used to store my other files and system backups.
This hard drive was not the one where system drive was.

My present issue is that

• On my new 512 GB NVMe SSD, I have created a partition exclusively for this File History.
  
• But to my surprise, if I click 'select drive'(to which File History is to be moved), this particular partition named by me as 'File History' is not shown.

Next is a question that may be related to this

• I have a RAM Disk of 8GB, out of my 32GB RAM array, and I will soon enhance this to 64GB.
• Do I really need an exclusive File History folder, particularly if I can still increase the capacity of the RAM Disk?

I am still confused with File History setup

• How much space should I allocate for the File History Drive ?
• Can I have it on an 'Exclusively and Distinguishably named' drive on another Physical Hard disk ?
• I can see that the File History is 'Off' in my system.
• From the image below I can see that ? the files are being copied ? to the
  RAM Disk whose size is only 4 GB.
• I also understand that files are being copied to the RAM Drive temporarily because the File History is Off.
• Is 4 GB enough ?
• If it is enough I think I should be happy with what is happening because a RAM Disk will work faster. ( But 'is speed a must' here in this scenario ?)

To change the backup drive for File History, the current process should be stopped. I suggest you to try the steps listed below to stop file history on an older drive and restart it on a new drive:



Change File History backup drive:

• Open Settings and navigate to Update & Security > Backup.
  
• Click on More Options, scroll down to locate
  Backup to a different drive section, and choose Stop Using Drive.
  
• Plug in the new storage drive, navigate to Settings > Update & Security > Backup,
  and choose Add a Drive.
  
• Restart File History and configure it by referring to the article
  
  File History in Windows.
