Windows 10: Where can I get a refund for Minecraft and it doesn’t let me refund it under order history?

How do I get a refund for the Minecraft game that I sent as a gift for someone in another country but it wouldn’t let them play it because they are from a different region!! I want my $45.19CA x 2 refunded back as this shouldn’t be happening!! I’m very disappointed in Microsoft! This is on my one account and I have bought another one on my other account for myself to play with my son PC version and it won’t work for me either!! The original site is bugged and it’s erroring!! I want to speak to someone to refund both these purchases from today please!! I’m very upset about this bs!! What is M

You can request a refund for the digital game purchase. Refunds for digital games are typically issued for requests made within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you haven't accumulated a significant amount of playtime in the game.

To request a refund:

   • Go to the Order History page in your Microsoft account.
     
2. Find the relevant item:
   
   • Locate the purchase of Minecraft Dungeons Ultimate in your order history.
     
3. Request a refund:
   
   • Select the item and choose the option "Request a refund".
     
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your refund request.

Hi,

I am requesting a refund for Minecraft for Windows 10, after I done the first 4 steps, the button for refund is not appearing. Is Minecraft able to refund?

 

Minecraft Refund Issue

I recently bought Minecraft but I was unable to play it so I refunded it. After waiting 3 days I have yet to receive the refund even though when I've checked my order history which says the product was fully refunded. I've repeatedly check my balance over the period of waiting and seen that it's not refunded.
