Windows 10: Where can I obtain a download for the drivers for a Innovage Digital Photo Keychain?

I purchased at a thrift store the Innovage Digital Photo Keychain brand new but didn't read thoroughly enough. It came with a CD and my laptop does not have a CD drive. I need to download the drivers for the keychain in order for it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Downloading from Panasonic digital camera.

I have followed the steps but "Import/Export photos doesn't appear in the dropdown list. Since this is the first time I am downloading into this computer with Windows 10 it was suggested that I need to load new drivers but I can't seem to find them.

What is the make and model of the Digital Camera?

Install the Windows 8.1 drivers in compatibility mode.

Step 1. Download the Windows 8.1 drivers.

Step 2. Right click on the downloaded driver file.

Step 3. Click/tap on Troubleshoot Compatibility.

I also suggest install the latest drivers available for Windows 10 and check if it helps.

Wait, but have you done the whole step-by-step guide described in the OP? DDL/DTS isn't supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 either, unless if you do the steps listed there.
