Windows 10: Where can I see a list of software installed or managed by Microsoft Store?

Where can I see a list of software installed or managed by Microsoft Store?Under Library I see a lot of other applications and install links to software that I'm certain is not either installed on my PC or How do I see just the software currently installed on my machine under Microsoft store? If I installed a client like spotify or Nvidia control panel I want to make sure it is a real install and not linked to Microsoft store in any way, but I can't even see a proper list from Microsoft Store in the first place, and as it tends to auto install software on its own it is very hard to manage.

Minecraft installation in Microsoft store

We understand your concern as you are unable to install Minecraft in Microsoft Store. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  

• Do you have any non-Microsoft antivirus program installed?
  
• Does this issue occur for all games & apps from the store?
  

• What is the date and time on the PC and ensure it is correct?
• Do you get any error message or code?

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these steps and after every step check if you are able to install the game.

Step 1: Reset the Windows Store Cache: Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the
Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

Note:
A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.

Step 2: Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter: Select the
Start button, and then select Settings>Update & Security
> Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.

Step 3: If you have any non-Microsoft security/antivirus software installed, disable it temporarily and then try installing the game.

Step 4: If the issue persists, then we would suggest you to create a new administrator user account and check, refer this article to

create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10.

App disappeared from Microsoft store

• Which security software is installed in the computer?

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I would suggest you to clear the Store cache and check if the issue persists.

Press Windows key + R

Type wsreset.exe and press OK

Step 2: Disable the security software and check.

Important: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software,
you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Also, I suggest you run the Windows Store app troubleshooter and check.
Follow the steps:

  Press Windows Key + X..
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on View All.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.
