Windows 10: Where can I send windows event logs to fix an error?

I want to submit a event viewer log to the Windows team at Microsoft without compromising any metadata from my Windows device. Where can I safely submit this and get action on the issue? This is in relation to: " The server Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter did not register with DCOM within the required timeout. " This is causing all of my games to crash. The only temp fix I've found was from here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/570/discussions/0/3048360012544087374/ I feel like Windows is adding buggy bloatware

We suggest that you perform these following methods of troubleshooting steps and check if there's any changes:



Method 1: Update your drivers.

Method 2:
Run SFC Scan.  

To run an
SFC scan, follow these steps:  

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.  
  
• 
  Type
  sfc /scannow
  and hit
  Enter.   
  

Method 3:
Run DISM Tool.  

To run
DISM Tool, follow these steps:

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.  
  
• 
  Type the following command:  
  
  • 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /scanhealth  
    
  • 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth  
    
  
  
  

NOTE:
This might take a while to finish scanning.
Do not cancel.

Reset the computer back to
Normal Mode

Event Error Log

Windows 10 Event Error Log - Summary Section

One of the Logs listed needs to be deleted since this application has been removed from my laptop. Is there anyway to remove it from the Log -Summary Section?

 

How is Event Online Help supposed to work?

There are many errors in the Event Viewer. When I click "Event Log Online Help" a window opens asking if it is OK to send information across the internet. When I click Yes, a Technet page shows a series of issues that are not related to the event log issue.


Is it really supposed to work this way?? If so, how does it help me? If not, how can it be fixed? Is there not a listing somewhere of the Event IDs and suggested resolutions?
