    where did my app go that i purchased from microsoft store


    Hello, I purchased an app and when I looked on my laptop to find it, it was not anywhere to be found except for the invoice in my Email. There is no email to contact them. I paid with a card and want to be sure that they do not share my info. The app is CIRCUIT EXPLORE not to be confused with CRICUT EXPLORE. How do I know if this is a scam as I cannot contact anyone about this.Thank you, Kay

    Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase

    Hello guys,

    My laptop came pre-installed with Win10 Home 64bit and I recently purchased a Win 10/11 Pro licence from the Microsoft Store app. Unfortunately, having some issues activating the digital licence for Win10 Pro.

    Here is the situation:
    • Logged into Microsoft account used for the purchase (also received the email receipt of the purchase)
    • Already connected to stable internet

    What I tried so far:

    Entering the Win10 Pro generic key:



    Received error 0x800700005:

    Clicking Close returned another error 0xC004F034:

    Clicking Troubleshoot re-activated my Win10 Home so still not on Pro.

    Win 10 Pro suddenly became Win 10 Ent from MS Store app:

    To assist you better, please provide few details.


    • Have you added any alias to your Microsoft Account, from which you have purchased the apps?

    • Are you able to view your purchased app other all the Microsoft account, from which you are logging in to your computer?


    I would suggest you the run Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

    Follow the below steps:


    • Type troubleshooting in the
      Search       area on the taskbar.

    • Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.

    • Select Windows store Apps.

    • Follow the on screen instruction.
