    Where did the crop button go in Windows Photo editor???


    With the most recent update I've noticed the big 'Crop' button has disappeared when I try cropping an image. I thought updates are mean't to improve stuff. Not make things harder for everyone. How on earth do I crop images now?

    Are you using the Photos app? Because it's never used a big Crop button, but is as shown here:

    If not then please clarify the exact name of the app you're using.

    Cropping Photos?

    Thank you all for your replies, I have tried a couple "free" apps but none of them had a crop function Where did the crop button go in Windows Photo editor??? :(... I don't need a high tech editor app rather just one that allows me to crop and possibly adjust brightness/color so I can I up load the photo
    onto say FB.. Have any suggestions??

    To help us isolate this further, kindly provide us the following information.

    • What changes have you made prior to this issue?
    • To which program are you exactly using the crop tool? Photos App or Office 2016?
    • You mentioned crop tool is not working properly when Photos App is used. Have you tried to close it, and check if the issue persists?

    If you are only experiencing the issue with Office 2016, kindly run the repair Office application by referring to the steps listed on this
