Windows 10: where do i find my games and library? the three dots are gone.

Have you gone to the Store and clicked on the 3 dots to the right of your picture? On the list is My Library.

Give it a look and see all the games that are there.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Is this the Microsoft store game?

To reinstall games go into Microsoft Store app > Hub (three dots at top right) > My Library where all of your apps owned by that account should be listed, use the Install button net to it.

Make sure you're signed into the exact MS account with which you bought the game and first installed it.
