Stuck in Safe Mode and forgot password for Windows 10

To further isolate your concern, we suggest that you revert back to the previous version of your Windows 10 to check if the issue still persists.

To revert back to Windows 10 previous version, follow the steps listed below:

• Type Settings in the Search bar and press
  Enter.
• Click on Update and security and select Recovery settings.
• Next click on the Get started button under Go back to an earlier build section.
• The process will start and you will be asked some questions as to why you are going back to the previous build of Windows 10. Click Next to apply the changes.

Note: You may want to back up your data before you begin just to be on a safe side. Remember to note down your password or login credentials as you'll be required to enter them after the changes.
