    Printer claim code for 4500 G510g-m

    I was unable to get this printer or scanner to work after upgrading to Windows 10. Asking for claim code for 4500 G510g-m, please help. Windows 8 is the highest level it offers through the assistant. Does this mean I need to stand down on making the
    printer and scanner wiresless with windows 10? or is there something else wrong?

    Hi Rodrigo,

    I am sorry to know that you are having issues with Printer.

    What and all steps have you tried so far?

    Restart the computer and check.

    Also, check for Windows updates.

    I suggest you to run the Printer Troubleshooter and check if it helps.


    • In Search window type Troubleshooting and click on it to open it.

    • Click on Hardware and Sound.

    • Then click on Printer to run the troubleshooter. Follow onscreen steps.

    Error code 0x803C010B due to printer

    We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Let me assist you.

    • Are you connecting your printer using wired or wireless network?

    Method 1:

    If printer is offline you may receive this error code or error message. I would suggest to follow the steps below and check the status of the printer at Control Panel.


    • Press Windows Logo + "X".

    • On left click on "Control Panel".

    • In control panel Click on Devices and Printers

    • If the Printer is offline, Right-click on the printer and select “Use Printer Online”.

    • The display should change to ready when the printer is set to online.
    Important: When finished, it is recommended to reboot the computer to apply the changes.

    Method 2:

    Uninstall the Printer drivers and install the latest available drivers for Windows 10 from the manufacturer website.
