Windows 10: Where has "Choose where to get apps" gone?

I am trying to download an app that is out of the Microsoft store, I went to the setting and clicked "App" then "Advanced app settings" but there was no "Choose where to get apps," I've also tried to go to the system and update to windows 11, and I found out that I am already on Windows 11, I've tried to locate Local Group Policy Editor, which I can't seem to find. I've watched many videos and looked at many reviewed questions, but I haven't gotten my answer yet to the difficult situation. Please help!! -Thank you, Sincere Angel_723

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Choosing Default Apps & Insider Programme

To resolve your concern, kindly choose the default apps by file type. To do this, follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo (Start button).
• Click the gear icon (Settings).
• Choose System.
• Select Default apps.
• Click Choose default apps by file type.
• Check all of the video file type, and then check if you can change the default app to your preferred application.
