Windows 10: where i can buy windows 10 for workstations chep?

where i can buy windows 10 for workstations chep? this is a 300-400 USD software..
i have not student licens

I am not interested in pro og home.

Buying a Motherboard for a workstation that does not support windows 10 yet!!

Guys,

I am planning on buying an Asus Z10PE-D8 WS with dual Xeon socket motherboard for new custom built workstation. Asus does not support Windows 10 for this motherboard yet and told me to look for an update in next few weeks or months.

Question is, how do i go about purchasing a license for a Professional Edition of Windows (7 or 10) with the upgrade or downgrade rights? If i buy Windows 7 Pro, i will have only 9-10 months to upgrade before the free upgrade deal expires. If no update is
provided by Asus within this time frame i will loose my free upgrade deal. On the other hand, if i buy Windows 10 Pro i can't use it right away on my new workstation. Is it possible to buy Windows 10 Pro license and use that for Windows 7 till the fix/support
is provided by Asus.

Need some suggestions.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
