Windows 10: where in the hell is the option to find out WHERE a program on my Win 10 PC - IE: open...

OK, This is **** ....... I right click the icon and I get:Unpin from startMore - pin to task bar - App setting - Rate and Review - ShareWhere the hell is the option like open file location to show me WHERE on the computer that I bought and own entirely,the bloody location of the folder on the hard drive in my computer !!?!?!?Cheers'Dave

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

If you want to open File Explorer to your C: drive without any registry tweaks, you'll need to do so from a shortcut you create.

1. Open File Explorer to This PC.
2. Right-click Winndows (C and select Create Shortcut:
   
   
   
3. Clock OK in the altert dialog:
   
   
   
4. And you'll have a shortcut on your Desktop:
   
   
   

 

Remove "Other Options" entry from "Open With" program list
