Windows Messenger Confirmation Email

No It didnt appear in my spam box but I updated to Windows live Messenger which sent the confirmation email and also verified windows messenger. Ty everyone for there suggestions

If you've already signed out from your account but still the information appears on the suggested credentials when signing in to
Microsoft Store, this may indicate that your account is still added under the
Account settings. To remove the account completely, follow the steps below:

• Click the Windows icon.
• Select Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Select Email & app accounts.
• Under Email. calendar and contacts, select the account that you wish to remove.
• Select Remove.
• Click Yes if prompted.
• Repeat steps to remove the account under Accounts used by other apps.

Once you're done, check if the issue persists.

1. Update Your System: Ensure that your Windows 11 is up-to-date with the latest patches and updates.
   
2. Check for App Updates: If you're using the Mail app or another email client, check if there are any updates available for the app in the Microsoft Store (or wherever you downloaded the app from).
   
3. Reset The Email App:
   
   • Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
     
   • Find your email app in the list and click on it.
     
   • Click "Advanced options".
     
   • Scroll down and click "Reset". This will delete the app's data on your device, including preferences and sign-in details.
     
4. Reinstall The Email App: If resetting doesn't work, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling the email application.
   
5. Check Your Internet Connection: Make sure that you have a stable internet connection as some applications may not function properly without it.
   
6. Run Windows Troubleshooter:
   
   • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
     
   • Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.
