Windows 10: Where is my lockscreen image?

I recently noticed that I never see my chosen lockscreen image when I open my laptop any longer. I do not use Windows Spotlight, but my own selected image. It always used to be present when opening my laptop the next screen was the sign-in where I opt not to have my lockscreen show and I would frequently change the image according to seasons/holidays. Any was to correct this? I miss not seeing it!

When I first started using my laptop, it showed different types of images on my lockscreen. I liked as I get to see a new image every time. But my brother has set a stupid image as lockscreen image. Now I can do nothing but to settle with the images I have
in my laptop. Can anyone please help me with this.

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?

 

I want to get the default images back for lock screen and desktop

Hi Ryan,

To change the lockscreen and desktop background to default, follow the steps provided below and check for status.

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Personalization.
• In the left navigation pane, click on Background.
• In the right pane, click on the drop down list under Background
  and select Picture.
• Choose the default picture displayed below the drop down list.
• Follow the same steps to change the lockscreen image as well.
