Creating portfolios in Windows 10 with Acrobat XI Pro

I see that you need to create portfolios in Windows 10 with Acrobat XI Pro.

Please follow the below steps and check if it works,

1. To create PDF portfolios, choose “File| Create| PDF Portfolio…” from the Menu Bar to open the “Create PDF Portfolio” dialog box.

2. Choose a visual layout for the portfolio by clicking one of the preset styles shown.

3. To import a custom layout, saved as a NAV file, if you have one that has previously been saved to your computer, click the “Import Custom Layout…” button to launch an “Open” dialog box which you can use to select the NAV file and then click the “Open” button
to apply it.

4. After selecting a style, click the “Add Files” button in the “Create PDF Portfolio” dialog box to open the “Add Files” dialog box.

5. Select the initial files to include in the portfolio and then click the “Open” button.

6. To save the PDF Portfolio, choose “File| Save Portfolio” from the Menu Bar. The view that is initially shown after you create PDF Portfolios is of the “Edit” view of the “Layout” view, which also shows the “Layout” pane in the Task Pane. This allows you
to edit the content of the PDF portfolio immediately after you create PDF portfolios.

7. You can click the “Preview” button in the toolbar at the top of the PDF portfolio window to switch to the normal “Layout” view, if desired.
