Windows 10: Where is the control panel REALLY located in my computer? (ONLY Asking for the location of...

Hello guys, I know how to access the control panel a couple of different ways, even by searching for it via CMD... But I'm just asking from pure curiosity, where is the control panel located inside Windows 10 as a physical file or folder? Assume that I wanted to access it without searching for it, how can I do it?

Yes, I know you can hit Windows+X and find it there, I know all that stuff... So I don't want a woke solution, I just want to find where the control panel is located assuming I wanted to access it from C:\ as a physical file or folder...

Is it possible? Thanks!

Ensure to have the correct settings for region and location. Ensure to correct the date and time on the computer. Further ensure to install all pending Windows Updates on the computer and restart the computer to check if this helps.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if helps:

• 
  Press Windows+X key on the keyboard
  
• 
  Then click on Control Panel
  
• 
  Then select Region under location
  Tab select or make sure the home location is set correctly.

The Control Panel (Category View)

My apologies, Brink but I still do not get it.

The steps for both options are identical, the only difference is the location of the desired icons will need to be accessible for all users for Option 2. That's it.

Moreover, both the Mail and Flash Player (32-bit) applets are not listed in the list of Control Panel items for both options.

• Did you change the time zone of your computer under "Date and Time" in Control Panel?
• Where do you see that your location is in Maryland?
• When did the issue occur?
