Windows 10: Where is the description of the photo on the desktop screen *after* you sign in...

The pictures lately have been amazing and I've wanted to know more about them. This is not the screen before you sign in to your laptop but after you sign in.I thought I remembered that it was possible to move your cursor onto the screen and something would pop up. But I am not sure.I wish I could attach a screen shot but my desktop screen is filled with so many folders, the names of the folders alone would compromise the confidentiality I need to maintain.Anybody have any idea? And yes, I use Windows 10 b/c I found Windows 11 too buggy.

Create Photo problem for sign in screen


When I click on the Browse button to find a photo to use for my sign on page, nothing happens. Any suggestions?

I've attached a screen shot of the Settings page I am referring to. Browse Button does not work.

 

Sign in screen and desktop photo

My sign in screen and desktop photos were changed when latest update (1803) occurred. I want MY photos back, and don't even like the ones that were put in their place! How can I get back the photos I had before update? And why did Windows/Microsoft
arbitrarily change my photos?

Step 2b is labeled as Change the Login Screen Image, but the steps show you how to change the Lock Screen image. Step 2a is irrelevant. It only tells you how to change the desktop background.

What I want to do:
Set Spotlight as the LOCK Screen Image(s) - Done
Set the Win 10 Hero Image as the SIGN IN Screen Image - This is the one that shows after you click on the lock screen and you are able to type your password. If I uncheck "Show Lock Screen Image on Sign In Screen", it shows a solid blue background behind my Password box and user image. This is what I want to change to the Hero Image....
