Windows 10: Where is the most effective place to communicate desires about Windows 11

The taskbar does not meet my needs. I'm an educator and a gamer. For online teaching, I need to have my main screen clean, without a taskbar, for sharing via Zoom. I need to be able to access all the stuff in the bottom right corner from my second monitor. For gaming, I want to be able to do borderless fullscreen on my main monitor without a taskbar at the bottom, while having a fully functional taskbar on the second screen.Basically, the taskbar needs to have the functionality of Windows 10.         Did you made any changes to your computer prior to the issue?

        Have you created any system restore point on your computer?
        

As initial troubleshooting steps I suggest you to install the latest windows 10 updates, please follow the steps to install all the windows updates.

If you want to check for the update now, select the Start button, then select
Settings > Update & security >
Windows Update > Check for updates.

We suggest you to try changing the visual effect setting. To Change your Visual Effects Settings in Advanced System Settings refer the below steps,

  Click on System
  
• 
  And select System protection
  
• 
  Select Advanced tab and click on
  Settings

HP Envy (Windows 11)

I did not suggest doing a Reset, which is an inferior install that uses the same corrupted onboard files causing this problem to reinstall WIndows. That's why if all other steps failed I suggested doing the Repair Install which uses the latest WIndows media to reinstall Windows while keeping your files, apps and most settings in place.

Please go back to the top of the list and work through the steps as it may not be necessary to even do a reinstall. I gave you the steps which work most in order of effectiveness, based on helping in thousands of cases for Store repairs.

EMUI

Here's the steps to update EMUI 4.1.1 to 5.0 :

• Download the EMUI 5.0(desired version) .zip file, and unzip it.
• Place the .hwt file in the HWThemes folder from your phone.
• Using the Themes app, apply the new theme.
• Restart the phone, in order to see all the new changes.
