Windows 10: WHERE IS THE SCREEN SIZE SIZE SIZE NOT RESOLUTION BUT SCREEN SIZE FOUND ON MY WINDOWS 10...

It is NOT my TV. It is NOT resolution. It IS the displayed screen size. I need to bring the borders of my screen IN. EVERY option found online does NOTHING save say... change the resolution... or icon size... where my displayed screen border still DOESN'T FIT regardless of RESOLUTION. Save yourself the time and don't even MENTION resolution when i am literally asking for display SIZE/BORDER manipulations NOT how clear and or fuzzy/blown out my display quality you know RESOLUTION is. Hi,

If you want to change the size of what you see in Windows, you have two options. You can change the size of what is on screen or change the resolution. Changing the size is usually the best option.

Here's how:

Open Start , select Settings > System > Display.

Under Scale and layout, check the setting under Change the size of text, apps, and other items. We suggest you use the percentage marked "(Recommended)."

If that doesn't solve your problem, under Resolution, select a new value. We suggest you stick with the resolution marked "(Recommended)."

what screen size should i be useing atm?

i was useing 1024 by 768 but ive changed to 1280 by 1024.

Poll: Desktop Screen Size

This goes along with my Desktop Screen Res poll. A lot of people have been posting their monitor size in addition to voting in the poll, but I wanted to make an actual poll to put the screen size votes in a more easily readable format.

This is for desktop systems, not laptops. I've tried to include all screen sizes that people are likely to have; if yours is not listed, round up. If you have multiple, different-sized screens, check all that apply. I've also listed projectors as an option.

I didn't list individual sizes over 32" as these are typically not intended as PC monitors; just select "Larger."
