Windows 10: Where is windows dual band wifi ?

Oh i forgot windows doesn't support such featuresWhy devices and manufacturers support dual band if windows doesnt? EVEN MY ANDROID CAN DO IT ahah but its useless there since i need dual band wifi for VR gaming .Glad my phone has over 1500Mbit /s and windows works like 0.3mbit /s max with single old fashion dial up connection.And yes. i do have wifi6E AX dual band wifi but windows doesn't support it cool.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
