    I have had excessive data use on my pc with windows 10, to the point where provider slows our data speed. It's a ridiculous amount 300+Gb this past month. A tech found an app or program related to cloud storage was using a tremendous amount, I can't find where he found this record of use per app/ program even though he showed me the page when he located it. Where is it, what do I enter to search for this information? This has been an ungoing problem for at least a year. I don't stream, download, send, or even use this laptop very much. My other devices show uses of 10-12 Gb per month. Our hotspot racks up the large amount with use of this laptop and a Kindle. Now that it appears to be related to this particular cloud storage, I want to keep a firm monitoring of anything that maybe using data and how much it uses. Thank you for your help. If there are any safe programs to download to assist me with this task, that also are low cost or free, I would consider this also.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
