Windows 10: where to download microsoft sql server 2000 sp3a

For a big client we need to install sql server 2000 sp3a on top of sql server 2000 because at that time our software was only compatible with this version. I'm working for Aveva a partner of Microsoft

SQL Server 2008, SQL Server 2008 R2 and earlier SQL Server versions (including SQL Server 2000) are not supported on Windows 10 as mentioned on the following Microsoft Support article:
