Windows 10: Where to find enable touchscreen in Windows 11

My touchscreen was broken. None of the kids are confessing. I was able to successfully disable the touchscreen through the Device Manager somewhere under Human Interface Devices. The touchscreen option did not directly show up under the Human Interface Devices heading, but I was able to find it at least another click away or so. My computer is currently away from me to get repaired, but the repair guy can't find where to enable the touchscreen. I don't remember exactly where I found the disable touchscreen option. Enable Touchscreen on Windows 10

I do not use the Touchscreen for personal reasons, so when I purchased my HP laptop I disabled it when I customized the settings. That was a few years ago.

I now need the Touchscreen to create an electronic signature, but cannot find it in the Device Manager, which is where all suggestions are pointing me.

When I open up Human Interface Devices, there are only 4 items listed, and none of them state Touchscreen. Here is what's listed: HID-compliant consumer control device; HID-compliant wireless radio controls; HP Wireless Button Driver; and USB Input Device.

Is it possible that the Touchscreen enable/disable selection is somewhere else?

 

Touchscreen monitor

Hi, I'm looking into buying a touchscreen monitor for use with a Dell Inspiron 660 desktop pc rnning Windows 8 in order to fully utilise the touchscreen facilities of Windows 8.
I'm preliminary looking at the Iiyama T2250MTS or T2452MTS touchscreen monitors. Anyone had experience of these, do they fully work under Windows 8?
Any other suggestions of monitors in the £200-£350 range?
