Windows 10: Where to get a restore CD for Win 10

I bought my PC from a Microsoft refurbisher, I was told i should have received a restore CD, because refurbishers are authorized by Microsoft? how do I get one?I have Windows 10 but if I did a full restore to factory settings like i wanna do it says Windows 7...meaning if I restore to factory settings I won't get Windows 10 back just 7? and 7 doesn't even have support anymore? does anybody know if the ones sold on Amazon or eBay work,or does Microsoft or the place I bought it owe me one?I just watched the special on the guy that went to jail for making them because he used the windows logo? but he also said its yours and you should be able to get one from Microsoft?

We suggest that you perform these steps and check if the issue persists:

• Press "Windows" + "E" button on the keyboard.
• Go to "View > Navigation pane" and select "Show libraries".
• Now in the navigation pane, right-click on the "Music" library under "Libraries" and select "Delete".
• Now right-click on the "Libraries" and select "Restore default libraries".
• Now try to rip.

CD-ROM doesn`t work with win 10

This might have occurred due to corrupted\outdated DVD\CD-ROM driver.

Let us try the following steps, and check if it helps.

Step 1: Try updating the DVD\CD-ROM drives from device manager.

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device Manager.
• Expand DVD\CD-ROM drives.
• 
  Right click on the driver select
  Update Driver Software.
  
• 
  Restart the computer.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to check and install if there is any latest firmware update for DVD drive from the computer manufacturer.

Restoring Windows 10 Image using Macrium Reflect


In addition to the above. Here's my suggestion in step by step.
I assume you have Macrium Installed in your current HD and already made a backup copy.

1. Connect your new HD via USB port and boot up.
2. Run Macrium, click on Restore tab then select the Backup Image that you made to restore
3. click on "select a different target disk" then select your new HD as destination
   
   
   
4. Proceed to restore then Shutdown and disconnect the old HD and replace with the new HD
5. Boot up with your new HD.
