Windows 10: Where to get all knowledge to be able to Windows admin any Win 10/11 PC?

Where can I get all the knowledge to be able to fully manage any Windows 10/11 PC as Windows administrator? Books, Ebooks, ...My quesgion is not on how to enable a Windows administrator application or logon. It is about learning how to fully manage/administer Win 10/11 the same way as if this was my full time job.I always found my knowledge to be limited in this area to fully understand how it works, to fully customize it, troubleshoot it, get rid of what I do not need, add the proper tools to help doing so, improve security, ...If tnhs is possible through a book/Ebook, then its even better

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?
