Windows 10: Where's the update button?

Discus and support Where's the update button? in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; i went to the update settings and it says there's an update available but there's no way to start the update. i really need to update windows 10 but...     Where's the update button?


    i went to the update settings and it says there's an update available but there's no way to start the update. i really need to update windows 10 but there's no way to start it. please help

    HyperSLI (Enabling SLI on non-sli motherboards)

    To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

    Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
    in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
    then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Cannot set home button icon Microsoft Edge

    but your suggestion did not work.When i turn off home button in Edge and re-open Edge and turn on home button ...the home icon appears but fades away when Edge is re-opened.

    I even uninstalled Edge and re-installed Edge following a fellow members suggestion tutorial but this step did not work either.

    Very strange
