Windows 10: whether windows 10 iot core have vpn client ?

Hi,

We are developing a Medical IOT security board . In the board using NXP iMAX 6 Solo processor with Windows 10 iot core .

I would like to know can whether win 10iot core have built in client . can we install vpn client ? is vpn client for arm platform is available from Microsoft ? Please suggest me .

I have tryed using another browser etc. it doesn't help.
