Windows 10: Which app can split a long png screenshot into smaller viewable pages?

I have taken a screenshot that is 1274 x 15050 and is one long png image that I can barely zoom in on using my phone and it is instructions to remove malware on one of my pc's.

I need to know if there is a program that will allow me to split this long file into several "pages" that will be easy to view on my smartphone or laptop when I begin the process of removing malware on my desktop pc.

I also saved this file in pdf format thinking I could use a pdf splitter but that has turned out to be a headache and at this point the answer may be so clear that I can't see it right in front of me which may be embarrassing but a welcome relief at the same time.

I am attaching the file i want to split...any sane advice is welcome!

Windows 10 Pro Update to Load 10586 Fail (System Partition Error)

Wouldn't there be an automated resolution - e.g. splitting the update to two smaller pieces which can be squeezed thru the reserved partition?

I guess they are trying to push everybody towards Dropbox (ooops sorry I meant to say Onedrive ) and away from email which MS cannot data-mine for user habits.

Yes, there's one built in to Windows - it's called Paint. Open the .png in Paint then you can select any area you want. Then crop to the selected area. Best to work on a copy of the original - if you inadvertently 'Save' rather than 'Save as..' you'll overwrite the image you are working on.
