Windows 10: Which brand and specific product name of Windows 11 desktop PC do you / did you favour to...

I'm in the process of replacing my Acer Windows 10 tower desktop PC with Windows 11. There are at least 5 main brands, and dozens of models out there, that have prompted me to ask this community of users, what Windows 11 brands/models have you already chosen or are in the process of choosing?And briefly, what main features determined/will determine your choice? My apology if this kind of product-based question is not permitted on this forum.

Windows 10 search for a specific folder name and file name

Carlos: Thanks for your reply. What you suggest is what I have been doing. I search for folders with a specific name and get a list. Then I have to search each folder for a specific file. So it's a two step search and that's what I was trying to avoid.

I assume there are applications out there that allow for an "AND" search in Windows. I'll try that approach.

change windows 10 pc name

We appreciate you getting back to us. To change the cmd name, we suggest that you follow this steps:

• Open a Command Prompt (Adimin) window: Win+X, A, Alt+Y
• Then run the following command to change your computer name to Donner: WMIC ComputerSystem where Name=COMPUTER-NAME call Rename Name=NewName
• Reboot your PC.
• Try to run ipconfig / all command, you should find that the Host Name in Windows IP Configuration list has been changed to the new name.
